Longden Chippendale doorsets are winners at new racecourse hotel.
The Western House Hotel & Lodge is a new country house hotel situated in the grounds of Ayr Racecourse. Built early in the 20th century, Western House was occupied by the Clerk of the Course at Ayr Racecourse for many years.
The hotel has ten bedrooms with the lodge offering family accommodation in its 39 rooms. Longden supplied Chippendale raised and fielded Edinburgh 8-panel doorsets to the value of nearly £40,000 for the hotel, all finished in American Black Walnut.
